Our team has more than forty years combined experience as Property Managers, Investors and Realtors. We began our property management business in 1999 by managing and leasing our own properties. Finally In 2009, at the request of many clients and friends, we began to manage their properties too. Due to strong business growth, we started Crowder Properties in 2013 with the intent to become a provider of world-class service in the property management business. Our innovative business model integrates an emphasis on personalized customer service with a proven approach to management, while utilizing the latest technology available. Paul Crowder
has been managing property and investing in real estate since 1999 and became a licensed Realtor / Broker in 1996. Paul enjoys working with both property owners and tenants while taking great pride in offering them a high level of personalized management services. has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1995. She has been a full time Real Estate Broker since 1996 and has earned the designations of GRI and CRS. April has a passion for real estate and can’t imagine working in any other profession. She is a Charlotte native and has a Degree in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte.
